At Best balloons, we strive to make your celebrations as joyful as possible! We want you to love your balloons, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below:

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order isn’t what you expected, please let us know! We’re committed to making it right.

📅 Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninflated, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will cover the item’s cost
  • Shipping costs are not refund

🚚 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send us an email at info@bestballoons.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
  3. Return Shipping: Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll provide you with a return address.

💸 Refund Process

  • Inspection: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: If items are not in their original condition, or missing parts not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted.
